Q. What is Makit's return policy?
A. Makit Products will accept return of unopened, unused merchandise that did not require factory processing like Snap It products and unopened kit boxes..
Returned merchandise is shipped to Makit Products at the expense of the customer. Makit Products will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the total dollar amount of all returned merchandise.
